How do I contact Cash4Tech?

How much will it cost to send my tech?
Nothing at all – if you choose our free postage pack option at checkout you will be sent an order pack with a pre-paid label included. We can also email this to you if you would prefer to use your own packaging and send your device straight away. If you wish to use your own tracked postal services at your cost, please select the option at checkout.
What if I have more than 1 device to recycle?
You can recycle up to 10 devices at a time via the normal platform. However, if you are a business looking to recycle your fleet of devices, then you can contact our corporate recycling specialists on email@example.com to receive a quote and gather more information on how to get the most cash for your tech.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order here via our Order Tracking Portal.
How long is my offer valid for?
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the day you place the order, as long as we receive your device within this time and in the reported condition, your quoted price is guaranteed. If your device is shipped after the 14-day period we will offer the current price for that model at the time of receipt.
Can I sell a lost or stolen device?
No, all devices are check via a national database upon receipt - If at any time the device is reported Lost or Stolen, you will be informed and given an opportunity to resolve this issue. Your original offer will be VOID should we receive an item marked as Lost or Stolen. All details for lost or stolen devices will be supplied to law enforcement bodies.
What do I need to do before sending my tech?
Before shipping your device to us, you will need to ensure you have REMOVED any linked accounts such as iCloud, Android, Google or other account locks. Should we receive a device that is still locked to an account, your order will be VOID and the device will be recycled without payment. You will also need to ensure the device is exactly as originally described as this may also impact your order/payment.
Do I need to send anything with my device?
We don't require the original box or accessories with the device as your quote is based on the device only, however if you wish to send them to us then we will be happy to accept them. Any cases, sim card or other accessories received will be destroyed.
When will I receive my payment?
We aim to make payment within 24 working hours of receiving your item.
What happens to my data?
All devices sent to us are run through a secure data erasure process provided by a leading global provider of data erasure solutions. Any device that we are unable to run through this system will go through a data destruction process, of which we can provide evidence of upon request.
How do I know my data has been erased?
We take Data Security very seriously here at Cash4Tech and we guarantee that ALL data is securely erased from your device. If you would however like extra peace of mind, we can provide a copy of the Data Erasure Certificate or Evidence of Destruction upon request.
